The Development Plan Concept:
The concept map provides an imprecise focal point of development activity that’s measure by intensity and density ,this is what determines the kind of activity center . In addition the concept map identifies existing small area plan within the activity center . The county currently have three types of Activity Centers: Neighborhood Centers, Town Centers and Regional Centers, all of which represent different levels density .
