MARTA, DeKalb County, and the WSP led planning team are pleased to invite you to the Station Area Design Charrette for the Indian Creek Station Transit-Oriented Development Master Plan! Join your community members and neighbors for the Design Charrette at the recently opened Electric Owl Studios to help design the future Transit-Oriented Development (TOD) at Indian Creek Station. This is an opportunity to work together with the planning team to share ideas and collaborate on the design of the TOD master plan.

The Station Area Design Charrette will include a presentation from the planning team summarizing what has been heard so far, best practices to address community opportunities and concerns, and an overview of initial draft frameworks. This will be followed by an interactive design session to review, refine, and comment on the draft master plan frameworks.

Transit-Oriented Development (TOD) is the creation of compact, walkable, pedestrian-oriented, mixed-use communities centered around quality public transit. This master planning process will create a framework for a transit-oriented community at the Indian Creek station that connects people to opportunities, drives sustainable community development, and promotes equity and regional prosperity.

Parking is available onsite and a MARTA shuttle bus from Indian Creek Station will also be provided.
